It was amazing how they captured everything that I pictured in my head in the films. And I've heard others say the very same thing. And Gollum--he was amazing!

Thanks soLynettehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11179278237988549530noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-177803251706826934.post-6497091636867329382009-10-07T17:22:01.279-05:002009-10-07T17:22:01.279-05:00I read Lord of the Rings many years ago and was to...I read Lord of the Rings many years ago and was totally captivated. So much so that I daren't watch the films in case they 'spoil' the book for me!

Listening to the film score for the Black Riders, it reminds me very much of Carl Orff's Carmina Burana.Raph G. But then again, he's not everyone's cup of tea. He was brilliant--even creating an Elvin language that has its own grammer, alphabet, and various dialects.Lynettehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11179278237988549530noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-177803251706826934.post-90839480262850461342009-10-07T11:05:53.782-05:002009-10-07T11:05:53.782-05:00Hi Lynette,

It does all seem dark and foreboding! A good score can make a movie.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00861397533660827678noreply@blogger.com
