One of my favorites has always been "Come for tea, come for tea, my people." LOL

Seriously, though, I love "Messiah". And I love how Handel made the music follow the words - "and every mountain and hill made low" actually goes low; "the crooked straight" uses up-and-down eighth notes and then on "straight", the notes are held. I'm not explaining this very well, but I think you get what I mean. It's something I noticed as a music student - how the movement of the music matches the words.
