It's a start!

Six weeks and 16 pounds lighter, I have now officially dropped a full size. I still have a ways to go, but I'm determined that I'm going to loose this extra poundage. Already I'm feeling 500% better--more energy, more stamina, and I know that my blood pressure has dropped considerably and that I'm getting stronger.

Keep it up! I've been working out at the Y for two solid years now, about 4-6 times a week. I've turned flab into muscle, and I feel tons better, don't require as much sleep--only take about 20 minute to half hour naps instead of two hours (when I do) and am probably in the best shape I've been in since I graduated from college. It really pays off. It's also addictive because you don't want to go back. I actually have biceps, triceps, and defined back and shoulder muscles, and pecs for the first time in my life. Working on the abs--they're the hardest. Not trying to look like Superman, but just feel better and feel better about myself. Plus, I have a job where I sit all day, so I've got to do something.

Gotta warn you, though, it can increase your appetite. So, you've gotta watch that. Keep up the good work! You can do it!
